Arsat, through INVAP, installed ISDBT-b transmission stations in many cities of the Argentine Republic and together with them a ViDeus monitoring equipment with sufficient characteristics to carry out QoE and QoS monitoring of all the signals that were emitted over the air. The equipment, through 4 independent ISDBT-b receivers incorporated within the same equipment, received the signal 24×7 for its corresponding analysis. Its function was to report RF modulation data, such as SNR, TMCC, Layers information, etc. As well as the complete demodulation of the Transport Stream, the decoding of all Video, Audio, EPG and Closed Caption signals, and the sending of alarms via SNMP
